A structured and intentional warm-up. You’ll do stretches, mobility, joint prep, and core that is specifically preparing you for the workout ahead.

Our training is multi-purpose. Not only are you getting strong, but you are being prepared for real life. Functional training focuses on movement patterns over isolated muscle groups. Although we do isolation work, our primary focus is training movement patterns. The movement patterns include squatting, deadlifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and rotating. You’ll train a variety of squats and lunges, push-ups, overhead presses, rows, deadlifts, core, and more,

Improve your body’s ability to perform. Enhance your cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, and overall work capacity. We use a mix of running, high intensity movements, and high rep movement to accomplish this. You train kettlebell swings, box step-ups, lunges, jump rope, burpees, dumbbell snatches, dumbbell thrusters, and more.

This is at the end of the workouts when the hard(est) work is over. You can think of rebuild as your preventative injury, fountain of youth, feel good in your body, work. We’ll do segments such as shoulder health, hip health, back health, wrist and ankle health, core, balance, and more.
