I made Power Lab 2.0 for someone a lot like myself.
Someone who has a heart for the gym. You have a passion for training and see the incomparable value of having it in your life. With some experience under your belt—whether from self-training, CrossFit, or other programs—you’ve reached a point where you don’t need a personal trainer. Group classes don’t resonate with you right now, and while you could whip up your own workouts, that approach isn’t quite fulfilling. You’re independent enough to train independently but don’t want to navigate everything by yourself. You love the idea of having a coach/ mentor/ gym bestie who replaces your guesswork and confusion with freedom and clarity. If that's you, Power Lab 2.0 was made just for you.
